Meet Your Coach

Sejal
Sejal's journey began in Orangeburg, South Carolina, where she was raised by her mother,
with the invaluable support of her great-grandmother, a key influence in shaping the woman she is
today. From an early age, Sejal harbored a deep-seated desire to make a positive impact on the
lives of others. As the eldest of three siblings, she not only played a pivotal role in raising her
two younger brothers but also assumed the role of their mentor and coach.
A proud alumna of Clemson University, Sejal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology
and a minor in Communication Studies. She furthered her education at Grand Canyon
University, earning a Master of Science degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial-
Organizational Psychology.
Sejal served as the Corporate Human Resources Director for an international engineering and
construction consulting firm, spearheading HR activities on a national scale. In her role, she
adeptly managed employee relations, administered benefit programs, stayed abreast of
evolving HR regulations, and ensured steadfast compliance with policies and procedures. With
proficiency in corporate communications, resource management, and leadership, Sejal
provided invaluable recommendations and feedback to senior leadership.
While excelling in her HR career, Sejal discovered another passion that tugged at her
heartstrings – coaching. Always driven to help others, she decided to expand her horizons,
obtaining her life coaching certification in 2018. For Sejal, the love of HR is complemented by a
deep-seated joy derived from coaching, marking a harmonious convergence of professional
dedication and personal fulfillment in her remarkable journey.
